So Vegas’ story is that there wasn’t just no Anaheim on the NTC, there was no NTC at all because of an expiry. So why did CF have an NTC, including the conditions, on the site. And why did that not make Vegas ask more questions?
Vegas will also have to somehow establish that if it knew there was an NTC with, say the 7 Canadian and 3 Cali teams (assuming tax reasons for fun) it would not have done a deal in July 2021.
