Watched the recent Norwegian Oscar nomination, dark drama/romance/comedy Worst Person in the World, and thoroughly enjoyed it.
This is pretty easy to recommend for basically anyone, as it's a well made, entertaining movie that doesn't try to be super deep, but brings up a lot of thoughts and feelings about life and relationships. There were tons of scenes that felt extremely real in that way only indie movies seem to capture, and while at times it meanders a bit, generally the pace is quick enough and the style entertaining enough that even the more Hollywood-oriented viewer isn't likely to get bored.
The story is very slice of life, following the female protagonist through a couple of relationships and jobs as she struggles to feel content in life.
Not a masterpiece, but a great choice for a date night for example, you'll be sure to have lots to talk about after this.
