I don't know if it's Treliving taking his game to another level, or if it's just the case that things work better when the team is good. When there are problems, it seems like nothing can fix it, even when you make what should be good changes. And then when the team is solid, every decision is gold (like with Tampa over the last couple years)
(Note: this is not meant as a slight on Treliving)
