So much so that I studied every aspect of it that I could and even thought about trying to become a wrestler. I think what helped me to watch and enjoy pro wrestling was the ability to just slip away into another realm and enjoy the show. It isn't any different than going to the movies. Some of the fight and car chase scenes are rather extravagant just like the wrestlers and their matches.

Yep, exactly. I can sit and watch it and know what I'm watching is all an act but still get into it just like any other show I watch. The only difference with now and when I was a kid is I dont get upset when my favorite wrestler loses like I do if the Flames lose because I know it's all part of the storyline.
