I think moving Eatbread would be a big mistake. If he played on the top line with either Johnny+Lindy or Chucky+Lindy for an entire season, it's very likely that he would score 50+ goals. His underlying stats are also very good, despite not playing on that line. He's a player.
If a choice were to come down to you have to choose one, who do you move, Eatbread or Kylly, I'd move Kylly. Don't get me wrong, I really like Kylly, and he has emerged as a superb blueliner this season. But this team seems to be producing a number of nice defensemen prospects and seem set at that position for quite some time. The other consideration is that Kylly doesn't become UFA until 2024, so his trade value is high. He might be the piece that you package with Monahan & Lucic to get their salaries off the books.
Having two elite centres is a nice thing to have, but I'm not convinced that it's an absolute must-have in order to win a SC.
