I think its pretty unlikely Eichel is a net gain over Tuch, Krebs, their 1st, and whoever else they have to cut to be cap compliant
Vegas next season doesn't really scare me.
Eichel himself is fine, he has played really well actually...going all in on every player available without a plan is going to backfire IMO. Already has, you just have to listen to their smug GM talk about the cap after they acquired Eichel. He came right out and said they would be using LTIR to make everything work. Well its not working.
