Monahan is almost certainly not here next year.
At this point in time hes the least value for his cap it on the flames.The flames NEED his cap space next year to re-sign the core.
If you can move him at the TDL to help alleviate cap pressure for next season and get a more effective 2c/3c for the playoffs, you have to do it.
Unless you're getting a ppg center with some control and moving monahan the 2023 1st, pelletier, corronato and wolf should be untouchable.
Flames still have alot of other pieces though. X2 2nds this year,2nd next year, dube, valimaki, zary, and all cakgarys b prospects all hold good value and could get you a statsny, copp or jankrok.
