I mean, a trade for Mony at this point won't on it's own improve the team I'm guessing. But my guess is making a move (if there's one to make) will open up the door do complete what the team wants in terms of adds before this season, and maybe minorly upgrade the forwards over having Mony.
Itwould probably create room for a better offseason. And that will be the rub for everyone if a move is made. It won't be an obvious slam dunk - so the "wreck the chemistry" narrative will likely get over played unless this team wins a round. At that point it would probably be forgotten.
