The term at that AAV is a massive part of his value. There is also the risk of injury/downturn.
Perhaps most importantly though is the timeline of the assets acquired. ARI already has 7 picks in the first 2 rounds this year, but could load up on more '23 and '24 picks. if they wait a couple more years to deal the '25 and '26 picks would take longer to mature.

A 3-way type deal could make some sense with ANA and Chychrun as a Lindholm replacement.
Sell Lindholm, and use the return as part of the package for Chychrun.
