This is the new Tyler Myers contract. They are big, and they get paid.
I wonder what the Flyers do this summer. I'd almost expect them to take a run at re-signing Giroux (even if he is traded at the deadline).
Their roster isn't bad. On the back-end they have:
Provorov - Ellis
Sanheim - Ristolainen
York - ?
and then up front they have Couturier, Hayes, Laughton down the middle which isn't terrible.
I feel like they should maybe take a more boring approach to this coming off-season, as the change for the sake of change certainly did them no favours this past summer. This year they've only had Couturier for 29 games and if you look at the Flames I'd hate to see where we would be if we only had Lindholm for half of the games this year - those sort of injury problems cause real problems. Ellis has also only played 4 games this year which has to have caused issues as well.
