Kylington's speed (including defensively) is a primary reason for the team's overall success this year.
Take him out and you have something a lot closer to last year's plodding, hapless non playoff team.
If the Flames are looking for a defenseman it's either
a) because they're idiots and want a repeat of 2019's fantenberg fiasco in the playoffs
b) as pure injury insurance / "get Gio a cup" lockerroom storyline
1-6, and Kylington is closer to 1/2/3 than 4/5/6, we have an overwhelmingly complete blueline.
