Exactly. He’s a solo flyer. That was fine in junior because he could literally win games on his own. Not so much in the NHL. He’s a human highlight reel and a stat chaser. But it doesn’t translate into wins because he can’t play a team game. I’d start the rebuild by moving him. Draisaitl is a much better player — terrific hockey sense and creates opportunities for those around him.
