To Calgary: Giordano, Jarnkrok, McCann
Helps the flames with cap issues next year or at least makes it easier to deal with the immediate concerns. They would get a second line C to play with Mangiapane and Toffoli, they add a solid depth W/C to play with Coleman/Backlund or center the 4th line. Gio comes back to hopefully win a cup in the city where he played all his professional hockey outside of 1 year in the K and part of a season in Seattle

Each of Gio, McCann and Janrock can be moved without taking salary back for draft picks ranging from1 the st round to the 2nd round.
I would expect Valimaki still has good value, although Calgary has soured on him for some reason. I expect Seattle could do better simply trading those players separately. Hard to imagine they would trade all 3 without getting a 1st round pick back.
