Quick update on my wife's situation:

At 6am tomorrow they plan to make their move to one of the border crossings. If all goes well, they might arrive in Poland in the evening. No saying how long the queue will be, as she was told 10 hours but it's such a fluid situation that who knows. Sounds like the Ukrainian side is the hold up, as possibly due to cyberattacks they are filling in a lot of the information manually. The Polish side appears to go faster. Heard a sad story that one of the people helping move my wife and the group she is with to the border had died today. It's a group of people who are bringing people via busses/vans from Kharkov to this location in Lviv, hosting them for a day or 2, then shuttling them to the border. Not sure what happened or the circumstances. But apparently it sent a shock through the household they are staying in and cause some logistical issues.

Don't want to jinx anything with too many details yet, but if she makes it back I hope to give one big final update some time this week!

I also arrived in Krakow today to be ready to go to the border to get her. As the train arrived in Warsaw I saw hundreds of people on the platforms. They looked tired. They looked stressed. Many looked nervous and "uncertain". It was a surreal sight as I watched them and suddenly it became very real that these people's lives had been ripped out from under them.

As I arrived in Krakow the scene was even more surreal. Thousands in the main train station. People everywhere with their pets. Children everywhere. All the refugee stations you see on the TV clips. Was everywhere. There were a lot of people going around handing food to people. One man even tried to give me a food pack and I was like nope, please give it to someone who needs it.

Was a very real and very emotional experience seeing all these people and the insane number of people there. Lives ripped up and torn apart. Many people wearing pyjamas, almost as if they literally run out of bed to escape. Heart breaking.

All for one piece of #### dictator and his #### faced entourage. Extremely disgusting and infuriating how one individual is the root cause of all this.
