I am a longtime wrestling fan, and when I was 25 I thought spot-fests were awesome. Today? Not so much. I would rather a more visceral/technical/strong style that sells believability through raw human instinct - not circus acts.

I think about the matches between Kobashi/Misawa/Kawada/Taue, KENTA/Marafuji or Okada/Tanahashi/Omega and I think that's the right balance for matches.

But I am a smarky smark who loves pure wrestling and I realize I am in the minority when trying to appeal to a larger audience. I think that's why I enjoy the non-WWE products out there.
