Not to be a jerk...but...you are deconstrucing the team when it simply isnt necessary.
IMO there is NO chance this team jettisons Hanifin so they can keep Gudbranson and Zadorov.
Ever.
My guess is they might keep one of them....but not both....and certainly not at the suggested cost.
