not only was the video really weird, turns out that he wasn't even in the room, and was apparently on a green screen with the scene set up to pretend he was there. His hand was shown to pass through the microphone near him a few times.
Zelensky being Zelensky, with a single move of the mic, shows the difference between a man like him, and a child like Putin.
