To me, I don't see Sutter being sexist there, I see him agree with the words she used. I think if the question was worded as a question needing an answer rather than her fill-in-the-blank style of question where she throws a handful of adjectives out, it would have been handled as such.
"What made Brad Richardson's line so effective?" is a different question than
"I thought Brad Richardson's line was really effective, heavy and tough to play against, they forechecked like crazy and really had a lot of offensive zone time... can you talk about that?"
I think the second question would get the "Uh, yeah. That's what they did." sort of answer.
