There literally is none. He would want a major victory. Either a promise of permanent neutrality by Ukraine with demilitarization. Or a resignation of Ukraine's government with a promise of "elections".
There's a whole lot of towed artillery in that column. Putin is going to up the pressure on the civilian population. With bombardment and in city fighting.
