Depends how you look at it.
On Twitter you can follow lists of people that only post verified information.
You can also fall for all the unverified stuff, which many are. But there are tools in place to help bring out the truth.
Lots of the Twitter accounts are just taking stuff being posted on the Telegram channels, verifying it and reposting it.
