The Slovak air force only has 11 Mig 29's and that represents their entire fighter contingent.
Poland has replaced their Mig-29's with F-16's and future F-35's. So I would assume that the Mig 29's which were all retired by this year were sitting in a warehouse somewhere so that might make sense. But that number seems high.
It feels like this person went on wiki and googled Mig-29's and donated the entire airforce inventory of Eastern Bloc airforces.
Hard to believe.
Beyond that Ukraine started with 37 Mig 29's 8 of which are trainers. So this guys numbers make 0 sense on the donation side as Ukraine wouldn't have the ground crews or men to man them.
