There was almost a mocking that came from Ukrainian officials when other countries were getting their staff and citizens out from offices, businesses and more.
Looking back on it, the US intel was spot on and more could have been done but we are where we are and Putin must be stopped.

There may have been strategic errors, but trying to keep businesses and foreigners in the country going isn't one of them.
Telling them to get out because the country isn't safe would've hurt Ukrainian morale, and the potential for foreign casualties would've acted as a deterrent to Russia.
