For those following this story, the Ukraine government asked for emergency Starlink access last week. SpaceX granted it shortly, but without the terminals it isn't much help. Despite the obvious back log of Starlink customers waiting for their terminals to show up, SpaceX managed to get some in country with 72 hours.
This gives the Ukraine government access to the internet & communications even in the event of a cyberattack.
