I wouldn't be carrying water for FIFA just because they said they might 'consider' expelling them in the future. They made a decision today and they picked the absolute worst option - appeasing neither side and pissing both off.
The 3 countries (CZ, PO, SW) football associations have already written back confirming it changes nothing and they wont play ROC/RFU/whatever.
As the above said, FIFA always gets it wrong
