There are clearly no NATO troops in Ukraine as of yet. It's quite likely that they will come, as mercenaries or otherwise, as response to Russian invasion. It's not propaganda to justify the invasion, it's another way around. It is fairly common that big country steps in when the side they support is almost defeated. |
