I've paid as much as $100/yr several years back also for indoor secured storage, shower, and towels and thought that was an and thought that was an awesome deal at the time.
Current building has included new bike lockup (will use for first time later this week since they only opened it the day we all got sent home last Sept for Covid WFH). Company has own gym c/w lockers and showers and towels which is frickin' awesome.
