Completely symbolic - but would probably at least rattle Putin, if Hockey Canada, US, Sweden, Finland say they refuse to enter tournaments that include teams representing Russia (and no 'Russian Olympic committee' easy loophole). He does love hockey.
I did just see the Finland based KHL team pulled out the playoffs.
