WHY WATCH?
ON A ROLL
Elias Lindholm has scored in eight straight, equalling the longest goal streak in Flames’ franchise history. He has a shot Thursday to claim that record all to himself. Lindholm extended his red-hot run with a deft deflection in the final minute of Monday’s 3-1 victory over the Winnipeg Jets. That marked his third consecutive winner. The Flames are riding a 10-game sizzler and their top-line centre — the NHL’s reigning first star of the week — has piled up 16 points over that span.
