Q snaps at the end of this season of Star Trek Picard, Picard is back on the bridge of the Enterprise E and somehow stops the Hobus supernova from ever occuring. The time loop implications also knock Michael Burnham's mother back into the right time so michael never winds up on Vulcan.
Last moment of the series is Picard telling the con of the enterprise e to set a course home.
