Belinda ended up with a fat stack of cash at the end, and likely is better off not trying to go into business with a person like Tanya. I'd say she easily has the happiest ending of any of the staff, and it even shows Tanya in a good light as even though she reneged on her deal at least she left Belinda with something that could still be positively life changing. Tanya was the only one to treat any of the staff as an actual person and not a simple servant

Im going to disagree with this pretty hard.

Sure Belinda gave her some cash, but i think that to say she is better off with a big tip than running your own business or financial person freedom is sort of the point the show is trying to make. Lots of promises and then, "oh here is some money. What? its better than nothing...."

Also, she was brutal to Belinda. She overstepped multiple times, inviting her to dinner etc. Of course Belinda is in customer service, she has to go whether or not she wants to. Again, it's a sort of way a privileged person would look at this situation, without considering what Belinda wanted to do.

Tanya is probably the least worst of the privileged guests (Daddario is sort of the neutral), but she is not without faults that fit the structure here
