There are so many rumours flying around right now and very little solid facts.

One fact that we have is that Sloly thought these trucks would come in on a Friday night and leave on Sunday. Yeah, they said they were planning to stay for a month, but he thought that was just posturing by leaders. They said 50,000 trucks were coming. They said a million people were coming. How could you take them seriously? So he brushed off the intel that they would stay past the initial weekend. That mistake alone should have cost him his job.

But what is popping up on Twitter (which of course is the most reliable source of information on the planet) is that he figured these guys would get bored and go home after a week. I mean, they are just standing around drinking and chatting in -25 weather.
