I am about the same, Hockey is the one that I can ramble on and on about. Outside of that it drops off quite a bit. I used to be really good but then I got kids and a job and I just don't have the time to follow things that in depth.
I am one of those trivia guys that can annoy you by bringing up something that is very obscure from 10 years ago so I have that ablility (Heros here I come) and that helps but I just cannot follow things the way that I used to.
