Kind of OT, but whenever these guys give their motivational speeches, it does the opposite for me. I'm always thinking, why the heck is this supposed to inspire me? Oh totally. They always come across as so selfish, too. I fataing hate basically any motivational speaker. Watching somebody self-indulgently fellate themselves on stage is unbearable.
