At the start of the year, I wondered if the Flames defence as a whole would be able to contribute a total of 20 goals which they hit tonight. They did not seem to have one guy who would drive a lot of offence back there. With 9 points in his last 10 games Hanifin is right there with Kylington and Anderson on a near 40 point pace. If those three end up with over 35 points that might be the surprise of the season for me. Even Tanev now has 16 on the season. If you can get a guy like him adding 30 points with how good he is defensively that really bodes well.
