I'm amazed the second boat group even got it in 2 tries, they were so scattered. I would have gone with the RAIFS method. Redundant Array of Independent Fish Spotters. 2 people on each side, with each person spotting 5 fish. No jumping back and forth, shouting stuff out, and general chaos. Just sit, spot your 5, and you've got a backup set of eyes. Really, it's a RAIFS 10.
