Look at the owner though and look what they just did to their last coach. If McCown is hired he's essentially taking one for the team. I feel Leftwich is far better off not having his first job in Houston or Jacksonville which are two of the worst run organizations in the NFL. We were just discussing above Dennis Allen not getting a 2nd chance as it's extremely difficult to shake a poor first coaching tenure.
