How are the Jaguars ever going to move forward as long as they continue to employ greaseballs like Baalke? Khan may have good intentions but it's clear he is terrible when it comes to evaluating GM's and head coaches. He really needs an eperienced 3rd party involved in hirings to aid in the hiring of these people.
