If he doesn't catch up to Lindholm it's a simple two on one and a much more straight forward coverage for the Stars.

When you look at Jamie Benn (14) and Anderson when Gaudreau has the puck, Anderson is deeper in the Calgary zone. Then he puts in the full effort to make an impact on the goal, while Benn does the lazy skate up ice and arrives back after the goal is scored.
That contrasting effort on that play is the difference between winning and losing.
