If the parties have not agreed to the term and AAV, there is no guarantee that it will be agreed to later on.
I don't believe Johnny wants to stay come hell or high water. He will stay if the price is right. So far, it hasn't been.
If Treliving "has to sign him", we aren't going to like the number.
