Now with the damn turtle. Bones must've just told the boys there were too many rushes both ways. Just shut it down and chip it out of the zone and then try to get it deep. They're not skating with the puck and actually attempting to transition into the offensive zone.

It's like a bunch of dogs with a shock collar and the barrier is the center line. Don't cross it with the puck or they get shocked, so they just chip it in and let the Flames re-rack.

For the first time in quite a while I had the game spoiled by someone coming into the room looking at their phone and declaring the victory before I can get my gear off and out the door. I have to say I'm actually pretty thankful. Firing up the DVR to watch this *poo poo* show of the last two periods wouldn't have been my ideal way to spend a couple hours.

Our offense did good for 2 periods so Bowness decides to abandon it and focus solely on defense for the 3rd. Tell me why the #### he's still employed?

This is a learned behavior from poor coaching. He staples anyone to the bench that makes a single mistake and tries anything to drive offense when they're leading in the 3rd. Threatens them with a scratch or actually scratches them. Everyone predictably responds by not playing hockey and sitting back.

I hope they don't get rescued by this PP.

That was the nail in the coffin for any playoff hopes they had right there, but Nill and Co. will probably just ride out the rest of the season, get a meager return for Klingberg (if they move him at all), and not move any of our other upcoming UFAs. Classic Stars playbook, lol.

This is like the Vegas game; blew a two goal lead in the 3rd to lose in regulation and get 0 pts. Even if dallas wins in OT, thats a point you cant allow Calgary to have.

I said this a week ago. We are entering the part of our schedule that'll determine whether we buy or sell. This was the most important game of that stretch and of the entire season thus far.

We needed to win this in regulation. With a 3-1 lead with less than 10 minutes to go, you need to win in regulation or, in 1 out of 10 games, leave with one point.

This is a disaster outcome that might be the merciful end to this version of the Dallas Stars.

So of course I didn't watch. But how does dallas throw a 3-1 lead and get outshot 18-5 by the Flames in the 3rd period. This is always story with DAllas. So inconsistent. If Dallas can't win games like this they don't deserve one of the WC spots. Getting tired of these teams ####ting the bed against the Flamers.

Flames couldn’t have more things going for them this year. They have had zero injuries, hot goaltending and some forwards on career years.


At least they have to pay Johnny, Tkachuk and Mangipane this summer so I don’t mind them having success with this core.
