Thinking about this more, it really shows why going around being "inspired" isn't necessarily a good thing. Think of all the people like Traditional Ale inspired by the stupidity going on in Ottawa and Coutts. Think of all the people inspired by Donald Trump and this worldwide rise in right-wing authoritarianism. Think of all the people inspired by religion to the point of donating money and time to institutions that shelter child rapists.

How many terrible atrocities have been committed in the world by "the inspired"?

Honestly, inspiration can lead to blurring the guardrails that define your own values. I think that's why some people are drawn to inspiration. It gets them out of their box and onto a more exciting path. So, yeah, inspiration can be good, but it can also be fataing terrible.

I think I'm happier not going around being inspired. I'd hate to picture Sliver one day ####ting on the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier eating soup I stole from a soup kitchen whilst waving a Nazi flag in my "##### trudeau" hoodie.
