Hello,

I wanted to get a rough estimate for what it would cost to engage in a commercial lease review (landlord) with a tenant.

The lease is reasonably small, it's approximately 20 pages on word. A first round of suggested edits/modifications were already made by the tenant's lawyers and they are now with us.

Would like to get a handle on what it would approximately cost to complete this exercise on the landlord side.
