I think the flames need speed and size. That Swedish kid olmgren seems like a good pick. Fast and high iq with production are tantalizing plus 6’1 can be a decent package to carry , just ask iffy. If they don’t go that way the kid like gaucher would be intriguing. Size, RH and offensive or two way ability.

I would love a trade up scenario. Maybe try to land Geekie. He’s cooled a bit but still projects like a top six center with valuable size.

I think this draft will have a lot of value late again as was last years Poole. It maybe not the same objective talent but these kids are going through a tough development path again. So I think people maybe haven’t played they way they could have given different circumstances. In that, I think our scouting staff will find some good value. More players like ruzicka. Man he’s looking faster out there. Scoring with size at center is still so elusive to find. Such a pain in the neck. That was a jack eichel dig. Can’t believe we could beat that offer. Ah well get some value with our assets Todd.
