I can hear it in my head but what is this thread title referencing? My brain is foggy. And it ain't from consuming too much gluten.

For my take - I personally have a negative reaction to alcohol do to almost non-functional acetaldehyde dehydrogenase enzymes - similar to people with gluten or lactose intolerance and I can understand how its been a lifelong pain in the ass to go to events and social occasions and feel like the odd one out.
