No points for Ovechkin. Neither team scores on the PP. The Sharks PK was perfect at 3/3. The Sharks are tied with the Flames in the standings with 46 points, but, the Flames have 5 games in hand.

The Leafs PP was the big thing in this game, all of their goals were scored on the PP including a 2 man advantage goal. Gibson was the star in this game making 41 saves. The Leafs were up 17-5 in shots after the 1st period. The Leafs are hot, 7-2-1 in their past 10 games.

These long time rivals put on a scoring clinic. The Bhawks were up 4-0 after the 1st period. Nedeljkovic was pulled and Calvin Pickard took over in the 2nd period, his first NHL game this season. That woke up the Red Wings as they scored 3 goals to close gap. The 3rd period was wide open and the Bhawks scored 4 goals, including an empty net goal. Strome with a hat trick and DeBrincat had 2 goals.

This was the best game on the OOT. The early penalty on Hall for interference (the non high stick call) set the tone. Nice comeback by the Avs in the 3rd period and out shot the Bruins 18-7. Marchand will have nightmares on the GTG as he missed intercepting a cross ice pass which eventually led to the goal.
