Meatless steaks, meatballs meatballs, vegan chicken and veggie dishes, vegan burgers. It's strange to me.
There are literally a million dishes and a ton of cultures that do delicious, veggie and vegan friendly meals that are original, not the same repackaging of classic dishes.

You build a diet that tastes good not an approximation of the thing you no longer eat. Diet Pop, decaf coffee go along with this.
I do enjoy a veggie burger that is homemade with beans and other vegatables mixed in. You aren’t trying to recreate a burger, you are creating a different meal served on a bun.
