The part that is weird is the sudden improvement in production. He hasn't put up points like he is now in like 10 years. There are other examples of guys being good old. But they don't usually go back to their prime production after being below it for years.

Selanne may be a similar example,but he was weird in the sense that he was bad when he left Anaheim and then really good as soon as he returned.
