Incredibly unprofessional of Matheson. I’ve never put much stock in the argument that Canadian media need to lay off NHL players or they won’t want to play here. But I can absolutely see Matheson’s antagonism and entitlement there weigh in to the long-term plans of Draisatl and McDavid.
