Not a fan of college or CFL when it comes to clock stoppages at the end of halves. You play the entire game a certain way and all of a sudden the time clock rules totally change favoring the offense. At the very least the officials need time to properly mark the line of scrimmage and the chain gang needs to get into place because the game is dependent on those markings. Because of that I think plays needs to be blown dead in these situations where play is moving down the field rapidly. If you watch the last play and the sideline situation the down marker is not in position when the ball is placed and snapped. That shouldn't be the case in my opinion albeit that it doesn't really matter on the very final play necessarily.
