Not a fan of college or CFL when it comes to clock stoppages at the end of halves. You play the entire game a certain way and all of a sudden the time clock rules totally change favoring the offense. In the CFL you can play balls out defensively for a half only to see the clock rules change in the last 3 minutes that totally favor the offense being able to march all the way down the field in less than a minute. It would be like the NHL stopping the clock when the puck is in the neutral zone in the last two minutes of a game to help out teams that are behind. It just doesn't make sense to me.
